Returns

Skincare is personal, and we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something is not right, email hello@lamsa.skin and we will make it right.

Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The jar must be in its original, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you patch tested, used the product as directed, and your skin reacted, contact us — we will refund or replace it, opened or not. Your comfort matters more than the policy. Please include a note about what happened so we can learn from it.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Founding Sixty sample jars are gifts and are not for sale, so they are not eligible for return or refund. If a sample arrives damaged, let us know and we will do our best to send another while supplies last.
